Overview:
The Frame Ball Mount gives your Exposure lights the freedom to be positioned exactly how you want them. Unlike fixed-angle mounts, this version pivots on a TPU ball joint, allowing full adjustability before being locked securely in place.
Whether you need to fine-tune the beam for road, gravel, or MTB use, the ball joint makes it possible to set the angle precisely—and keep it there.
Design:
At the heart of the mount is a TPU ball that expands when tightened to 4Nm. This dual-purpose design not only locks the mount firmly in place but also provides friction on the bolt threads, acting like an integrated thread-lock. The result is a secure, rattle-free setup without additional hardware.
Just like our other 3bits mounts, the ball system is available in two versions: a 0mm offset for a clean, centered fit, and a 5mm offset for extra clearance around racks, stays, or other fixtures.
The mount retains the ovalized clip geometry we use across our range—undersized to maintain a snug grip with minimal deformation—while the ball joint gives you full freedom to angle the light for your exact riding setup.
Requirements / Compatibility:
Will fit any standard M5 mount point commonly found on bike frames, forks, racks, and seat stays.
