These prototype parts are initial manufacturing runs produced before final production. As the final design is often only marginally adjusted, they provide exceptional value compared to full-production units.
About
This was a test part for evaluating tolerances and materials. It was designed to test the feasibility of SLS printing but isn’t as compliant as the MJF-printed parts used in our current line, so the mount will be slightly stiffer. It is only compatible with flat mudguards and is designed for the Exposure TraceR, set back 30° from the centre of the rear wheel.
